Thank you for supporting independent art! Because of the nature of creative work, all sales for books are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is completed.

Thank you for treating our work with care! If your book arrives with severe structural damage that occurred during transit (such as a deeply bent cover, torn pages, or water damage), please fill out the contact form within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Please note that replacements are reserved strictly for transit damage; we review all photo submissions and reserve the right to determine if an item qualifies. Once approved, we will happily send a new copy.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the damaged item to us before the new copy is sent, and replacements are limited to one per order.
